- Windows 2000 or later
(95 isn't supported at all and 98 & ME are so unstable that I wouldn't want to try to support it) - 1 GHz processor
- IE 6.0 or higher
- 256 Megs of Ram, though 512 is better
- 1024 X 768 resolution monitor (lower res works, but it forces the user to scroll sideways and up/down on many of the screens)
- High speed persistent Internet connection and dial-up backup (AOL or the like). The back up should be on an independent network. For instance, if the customer is using SBC DSL, they should not consider an SBC dial up account as their back-up.
